Ive had a Super T, a Vstrom XT 1000, a Scrambler 1200XE and now riding a Tenere700. I was awestruck with the looks/character/apparent build quality of the Scrambler since it launchedtraded my VstromXT 1000 on one last year. Road a 790 & 890. Not near as comfortable on the freeway, but way faster off road. For my skill level (ex off road & MX racer), the KTM won't do more off road, but it will do it easier, and much faster. It is more confidence inspiring at those higher speeds off road. Both the 790 and the 890 like to be pushed (more so the 790). .
